<p>The fault indicator layout consists of a front plate (1), attached to the control gear housing (2), on which various operating elements are mounted. These comprise items such as pre-select and section counter (3), release, bridging, and stop buttons (4), and multi-pin plug sockets (5). Indicator units are mounted in groups (I,II,III), whereby the diodes (6,6a,6b) in each group are so selected that a fault or operating condition of the press tool monitor is seen at a glance. At the same time, the individual element groups (I,II,III) are all at the same height ('H') and adjacent to one another, and the indicator diodes (6) in the same vertical line as are the segment pre-selector (8) and segment indicator (7). The centre block (II) contains the diodes for the type of fault indication, and the third block (III), the indicators for condition (6a) and coding (6b). This layout forms an improved visual indication for instant recognition of the operating state of the production line.</p> |
