PURPOSE:To provide the titled quality control where yarn quality is determined at approximately the same time as that of doffing in a winder, and when abnormal yarns are detected, yarn winding is stopped, thus minimizing the number of defective wound packages to be produced. CONSTITUTION:Textured yarn quality is determined while suctioning yarns by a suction nozzle 30 at a yarn guide provided on a doffing truck. The determination is performed in such a manner that a measuring device 60 in the equipment on the head of the doffing truck is brought in the range 58 or 59. The resulting data are transmitted to the quality control equipment, and when abnormal yarns are detected, winding operation is stopped. |
