PURPOSE:To maintain the accuracy of laser beam processing and to improve productivity by providing a connecting device between a carriage which is freely movable in a Z-axis direction and a head for an A-axis provided to the A axis and a adjusting a strightness adjusting device provided thereto. CONSTITUTION:The carriage 5 which can be movable in the Z-axis direction of the laser beam processing device is provided. The head 13 for the A-axis which is freely rotatable with respect to the A-axis parallel with the Z-axis direction is provided via the connecting device 9. The straightness adjusting device 11 for parallel adjustment of the head 13 for the A-axis with respect to the carriage is provided to the connecting device 9. The plural straightness adjusting devices are provided to the connecting device. The accuracy of the laser beam processing is maintained in this way and the productivity is improved. |
