PURPOSE:To integrate a ceramic with a metal under close sticking state by casting-in the specific composition of the ceramic with the metal. CONSTITUTION:In a sintered body obtd. by using Al2O3 and TiO2 as main raw material and adding at least one kind among Fe2O3, MgO, SiO2, kaoline, talc, mullite as auxiliary raw material and sintering these, the ceramic containing aluminum titanate as main crystal is used. By casting-in such ceramic 11 with the metal 12, as both are different with coefficients of the heat expansion, the difference of the shrinkages between both materials is developed and both become some shrinkage fitting state and the compressed stress is acted to the ceramic. In this result, the ceramic 11 becomes close sticking state with the metal 12 and is integrated with the metal. |
