<p>PURPOSE:To make the carrying smooth in the carrying of agglomeractive staples by swelling and opening the fibers by a Coanda spiral flow generated by a pressurized fluid. CONSTITUTION:When a pressurized air is introduced to a main cylinder 2 through a feed pipe 7 and a narrow gap 3, a Coanda effect is caused by the kinetic vector of this air and the kinetic vector of the air flow from the inlet 6, producing a spiral motion. Thus, a dynamic boundary layer is formed near the inner wall surface within a pipe line 1. On the other hand, a large negative pressure suction force is generated near the inlet 6, and sucks the staples supplied to the inlet 6 into the pipe line 1. Hence, the staples are sent forward as a spiral flow, and carried with being swelled and opened.</p> |
