PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which is noncombustible or difficultly combustible, has an excellent cleaning effect and is useful as a remover for flux, grease, etc., a cleaner for IC components, etc., or the like by blending at least one member selected from among isopropyl acetate, n-butanol, methyl ethyl ketone and specified hydrocarbons with trichlorotrifluoroethane. CONSTITUTION:At least one member selected from among isopropyl acetate, n-butanol, methyl ethyl ketone, n-pentene, 2-methylbutane, 2-methylpentane, 3-methylpentane, 2,2-dimethylbutane and 2,3-dimethylbutane is mixed with trichlorotrifluoroethane in such amounts that the mixing ratio of each of these components to the trichlorotrifluoroethane is desirably 1-50wt.%. |
