The machine fills vessels with fluid by weight, with the aid of a weighing scales. The filling valve (16) opens in two stages, and can comprises two valves one above the other and operated in succession. The first valve comprises the valve housing and a plug moving up and down inside it, while the second has a body fixed inside the housing and a plug coupled to a rod. The valves can be of different diameters, there being a coarse filling nozzle without filler pipe connected to the bottom valve, while the top one is followed by a filler pipe movable up and down inside this nozzle.
