The fixture for bonding four profiled strips together into a frame, partic. in window production, uses a stand and a revolving ring carrying four pivoting horizontal guide arms, each with a pressure cylinder and a horizontally moving angle stop which can be locked in position. Each pressure cylinder is fixed on a plate which carries the strips and can be locked in position on the arm, each plate has a support for a second pressure cylinder with a vertically moving pressure plate. Simple design appts.has universal application, gives accurate operation and is suitable even for frames with high ratio length/breadth and for plastic profiles with thermoset fillings and for bonded or welded frames with/without screws.
