发明名称 REFRACTORY MATERIAL FOR SPRAYING
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a refractory material for spraying which can decrease the moisture to be added at the time of spray application by mixing >=1 kinds of superfine powders of alumina, silica, zirconia, zircon, silicon carbide, clay, etc., as well as a deflocculant and flocculating agent with powder refractory aggregate. CONSTITUTION:The desired refractory material for spraying is obtd. by adding and mixing (B) the superfine powders adequately combined with 1 or >=2 kinds of alumina, silica, zirconia, zircon, silicon carbide, clay, etc., having <=20mu particle size, (C) the deflocculant (e.g.; sodium polyacrylate), and (D) the flocculating agent (e.g.; potassium nitrate) to and with (A) the powder refractory aggregate (e.g.; zircon). The moisture to be added at the time of spray application is decreased by using this refractory material for spraying. As a result, the applied body having the dense structure substantially equiv. to the dense structure of unshaped refractory materials such as pouring materials and stamping materials is obtd. and sagging, etc., of the material at the time of the spray application are prevented.
