The invention relates to a device for adjusting rotatable diffusor guide vanes 4, 5, arranged in the form of a ring, of a radial turbocompressor, the diffusor guide vanes 4, 5 each exhibiting a vane pin 6, 7 parallel to the axis of the ring and being supported rotatable about these pins 6, 7 in the casing 8 and being arranged at the vane pin control lever 9, which are pivotably connected to an adjusting ring 10, 11 supported rotatably at the casing 8. The radial turbocompressor has several stages. The rotors 2, 3 of two mutually adjacent stages in each case are arranged with the rear sides of the rotors facing one another. Each stage exhibits adjustable diffusor guide vanes 4, 5, the vane pins 6, 7 being attached in the first third of the diffusor guide vane 4, 5 facing the flow. The adjusting rings 10, 11 of the stages arranged with the rear sides of the rotors facing one another are adjustably connected to an operating ring 12. Thus, all diffusor guide vanes 4, 5 are synchronously adjustable, in which arrangement the adjustment can be controlled by a servo drive 13. This results in a control which allows operation within a wide range of different volume flows with constant pressure and largely constant efficiency. <IMAGE> |
