<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the decorative material having an appearance of a cloth tone by a method wherein a second protruded pattern is disposed on the top of a first protruded pattern to form a laminated double stage protruded pattern. CONSTITUTION:The pattern 2, printed by an ordinary ink, and a protruded pattern 3, printed by utilizing an expandable resin compound, are applied on a material 1 to be printed to form a desired pattern. A semitransparent resin, having a hardening temperature lower than the decomposing temperature of an expanding agent in said protruded pattern, is coated and dried on the whole surface thereof to provide a top coat 4. Subsequently, the second protruded pattern 5, produced by foaming, is formed on a part of the top part of said protruded pattern 3 in a process to cure the semitransparent resin layer 4 by heating said resin layer 4 under a temperature nearly equal to the hardening temperature thereof at the beginning, thereafter, heating under a temperature higher than the decomposition temperature of said expanding agent, thus, the objective decorative material may be obtained.</p> |
