A carrier-domain magnetometer incorporating a temperature sensitive power source (VR, I1, I2, V) so that the electrical bias applied to the semiconductor structure (3, 2, 4, 5) of the magnetometer varies with temperature so as to reduce the variation with temperature of the frequency of domain rotation.
