PURPOSE:To finish the surface to be finished of a component to a prescribed mirror surface rapidly by forming each end surface of a rod to be finished to the last finished surface form of the component and pushing the component onto said end surface, in the varnish finishing method for the minute component such as the lead wire of a temperature fuse. CONSTITUTION:Each end surface 12a-14a of three rods to be finished which are arranged and fixed in triangular form in the holder 11 of a varnish finishing tool 10 is positioned at the holder opening part. On each end surface 12a-14a, the aslanting surface which conforms to the last finished surface of the component to be finished (for example, end terminal part 2a of the second lead wire 2 of a temperature fuse) is formed. Into the concaved part 15 formed on the aslanting surface 12a-14a, the component to be finshed is inserted, and the surface to be finished is pushed onto the aslanting surface 12a-14a, and thus the surface can be finished to the mirror surface having a prescribed angle rapidly. |
