PURPOSE:To eliminate equalizers and miniaturize commutators by a method wherein a wave winding for main winding and a lap winding for auxiliary winding are employed whereby a proper combination can be obtained of the degree of overlapping and the number of turns to maintain between-commutator voltage within a specified range. CONSTITUTION:In a stator feed type three phase commutator motor, a commutator main winding 31 is a wave winding and a commutator auxiliary winding 32 is a lap winding, and the degree of overlapping of the main winding 31 and the auxiliary winding 32 and the number of turns thereon can be appropirately combined. This relalized an unlimited selection of the short pitch winding factor K, improved rectifying capability through an optimum voltage across commutator bars, and miniaturized commutators thanks to the elimination of equalizers. |
