PURPOSE:To shorten the normalcy confirmation time of a logic device, having a micro diagnosing function, during reinitialization, by controlling the execution of a microprogram by referring to the execution result of a micro diagnosis. CONSTITUTION:When an indication for the start of a microprogram is sent from a microprogram starting circuit 1 to a microprogram control circuit 20, the microprogram is executed from its address 0. Microinstructions in a control memory 40 are read out, one by one, to control an arithmetic circuit 70. On the other hand, they are supplied to the control circuit 20 as well to control the execution order of the microinstructions. From the arithmetic circuit 70, the diagnosis result of the microprogram during initialization is set to a flag 100 and on the basis of its state, execution control over the program is exercised. Therefore, a micro rediagnosis is facilitated during reinitialization. |
