摘要 PURPOSE:To perform adequate operation of engine control in a vehicle mounting a lock-up automatic speed changer, by changing the ignition timing and exhaust gas recirculating amount for a lock-up state and torque converter state. CONSTITUTION:Intake and exhaust manifolds 76, 77 of an engine 73 are communicated by an exhaust gas recirculating passage 78 with an exhaust gas recirculating control valve 79 simultaneously a negative pressure chamber 80' of the control valve 79 is communicated to a vacuum tank 91 through a check valve 81 and atmospheric air introducing valve 85. Then a diaphragm negative pressure chamber 93' of a distributor for ignition timing control is connected to the tank 91 through a check valve 92, atmospheric solenoid valve 95 and negative pressure solenoid valve 96. And if operation is switched by a lock-up signal form a torque converter state to a lock-up state, each valve is actuated toward a direction of closing to reduce a recirculating amount simultaneously adjust ignition timing slightly toward a retard side.
