PURPOSE:To reduce the gap between a stator and a permanent magnet by a method wherein a plurality of tile-formed permanent magnets are arranged in a cylindrical fiberboard protective case and a power conducting shaft is press-fitted inside the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:The relations among the inside diameter R1 of the fiberboard protective case 1, the outside diameter R2 and the inside diameter R3 of the tile- formed permanent magnet 1 and the outside diameter R4 of the stepped power conducting shaft 3 are established as (R1-R2)<(R4-R3). When the stepped power conducting shart 3 is inserted in the inner diameter R3 of the permanent magnet 2 under the above-mentioned condition, the permanent magnet 2 is expanded in the outside direction and the permanent magnet 2 and the stepped power conducting shaft 3 are fixed in one body. Through these procedures, the manufacturing process of the subject motor is simplified and also the magnetic leakage can be reduced, because of the reduced gap located between the stator and the permanent magnet. |
