PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which has excellent vulcanization characteristics, storage stability and processing safety and can produce vulcanized materials having good physical properties, by blending a vulcanizing system composed of various specified compd. in combination. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. Fluorine-contg. elastomer (A) (e.g. a vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropene copolymer), 1-40pts.wt. bivalent metal oxide or hydroxide (B) (acid-acceptor), 0.5-10pts.wt. arom. polyhydroxy compd. (C) (e.g. bisphenol A) (crosslinking agent), 0.1-10pts.wt. quaternary phosphonium compd. (D) (e.g. tetraphenylphosphonium chloride) (vulcanization accelerator), and not more than 0.1pst.wt. at least one member selected from 1,8-diazabicyclo [5,4,0,]- undec-7-ene, 1,5-diazabicyclo [4,3,0]-non-5-ene and 4-dialkylamino-pyridine having 1-4C alkyl groups, are blended together. |
