<p>The solar panel (1) consists of an enclosure (2) containing a filling of insulating foam (3). The foam is moulded to form supports (5) for the absorber (6). The absorber is manufactured from matt-black, thermo-formed plastics into a castellated shape having hollow spaces (8). The transparent cover (7) of the panel is also of a similar l material. The two are sealed together around the periphery and supported on the border (11) of the enclosure (2). Packing pieces (9) are inserted between the valleys of the cover and the peaks of the absorber. A layer of static air remains between the two. Circulated air flows between the absorber and the insulation (4).</p> |
