The apparatus contains a tubular column (1) to which a flow line (7) is connected in the vicinity of its cover plates (20, 21). Advantageously, there is connected to the flow line (7) a bottle (11) which contains compressed gas which is fed under pressure into the column (1) via the flow line (7). The raw milk fed into the column (1) is caused to circulate by the gas pressure around the one-way circulation path formed by the column (1) and the connected flow line (7). The column (1) contains a jacket (5) with hollow head and a spherical funnel (6) which is situated at a distance from it and through which the raw milk is forced to flow along with the gas, in which process it is atomised and forced to execute a centripetal vortex movement. <IMAGE> |
