RECORDING PAPER FOR SUBLIMATION TYPE THERMAL RECORDING

PURPOSE:To solve a problem of releasability and a problem of dyeing power at a stroke by providing a dyeing layer on the surface of a recording paper substrate or forming recording paper wherein the recording paper substrate doubles as the dyeing layer. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper 3 typically has layered constitution wherein a dyeing layer 2 is provided on the surface of a recording paper substrate l. As the recording paper substrate, a plastic film or synthetic paper is also used other than paper. The thickness of the recording paper substrate l is set to about 100-200mum. As the dyeing layer 2, polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate is mainly used but other thermoplastic or thermosetting resin can be also used. The recording paper substrate l and the dyeing layer 2 are constituted in a releasable state according to a use. As the dyeing layer 2, one having a fluoroplastic impregnated fixing layer 2a formed thereto is used.
