The invention relates to a method for moulding ear devices, such as noise protection devices or ear plugs, and to the devices thus obtained. This method consists in introducing into the inlet of the auditory canal of the ear (14) a sealed envelope (12) made of flexible and elastic material, in injecting into the said envelope a filling substance which inflates the envelope and which causes it to match the shape of the auditory canal, as well as, if necessary, a part of the pinna of the ear (39). <IMAGE>
