PURPOSE:To optimize the transmission efficiency and reliability of a data packet which is broadcast with multiplex during the blanking period, by discriminating the code arrangement of a plurality of groups of code signal groups and the coding system for error correction and detection and decoding the coded information signal from the result. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 7 at a transmission section decodes the order of transmission through the reception of the packet transmission request from a data source and B fed respectively via input terminals 2 and 9, and reads out data temporarily stored from a memory 3 or 10 according to it. Further, it is fed to a data packet transmission circuit 6 via an error correction/detected code circuit 4 or 11, and a code arranging circuit 5 or 12, and after arranging the packet format, it is sequentially outputted from a terminal 13. Next, after the code arranging restoration 23 of data code signal group read out from a data buffer memory 22 at a reception section, a data code signal in error correction, detection 24 and correction, is temporarily stored in a data buffer memory 27 and transmitted to an output terminal 28. |
