PURPOSE:To speed up an assembling and to miniaturize the assembling machine by first mounting the member having the frame function to a jig having a gap gauge function and executing the assembling. CONSTITUTION:A round hole 5b is drilled at a flat bottom 5a of a speaker frame 5, and a jig 14 is provided with a flat mounting plane 14a which positions the frame 5 mounted by taking the inner bottom of the flat bottom 5a downward and a projection part 14b projected from the mounting plane 14a, and the projection 14b inserted to the hole 5b of the flat bottom 5a. Further, a ring-shape plate 2 is mounted on the frame 5, the projection part 14b is inserted to the hole 2a, and the plate 2 is positioned to the jig 14 and the frame 5. Next, this is mounted with a ring-shape magnet 1 and a yoke 3 to regulate the magnetic gap between the yoke 3 and the plate 2. In the process of mounting it to the jig, an adhesive is given to the bonding part between constituting members while turning a rotating stand 12. |
