PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy of adjustment at the center of screen without increasing the memory capacity for convergence adjusting, by changing the density of distribution of the adjusting point at the center and circumference of the screen, in adjusting the convergence of a color TV receiver. CONSTITUTION:A control panel 1 is provided with a cursor key which designates the convergence correction for the position on a screen and a write-in key which writes in data to a 1 frame memory 3, and the convergence correction data for the full adjusting point is written in the memory 3 via a data use reversible counter 2 by changing the density of distrubution for the center of screen and the circumference for the adjustment point. The information in the memory 3 is read out by switching a screen center readout address counter 17 and a screen circumference readout address counter 18, it is in D/A converter 9, smoothed in an LPF10 for convergence correction. Thus, without increasing the capacity of the memory 3, the convergence accuracy at the center of screen can be increased. |
