PURPOSE:To quickly changeover a laser beam, converge the same to a working part and facilitate working of microspacings by providing plural reflectors and one converging lens in opposition to the plural working parts. CONSTITUTION:A changeover mechanism 5 for optical paths of laser beam 3 consisting of electromagnets 8a-8c and reflectors 2a-2c of the same numbers as those of the plural working parts 9a-9c of a traveling filmlike article 7 and a converging lens 1 are provided respectively in opposition to said working parts. The laser beam 3 from a laser oscillator 4 is incided into the lens 1 by the reflector 2b positioned on the optical path by the command of a control mechanism 6, by which it is converged to the working part 9b, thereby working the desired part 9b. Changing-over of the optical paths is carried out extremely quickly to prevent undesirable irradiation to the work. |
