PURPOSE:To transfer data at a high speed with simple constitution by accessing continuously a high-speed small storage element to a high-speed memory card, and a low-speed bulk storage element to a low-speed memory card. CONSTITUTION:Elements 9-1 of a high-speed memory card 7-1 constituted of a high-speed small storage elements 9-1, are selected with a card selection signal 19-1 from a decoder 18 and accessed with chip selection signals from the decoder 18 and a specifying signal 10-2 for an address in the storage elements passed through an address control part 12. Similarly, low-speed small storage elements 9-1... of low- speed memory cards 7-2... selected through the decoder 18 are accessed in succession to the card 7-1. Therefore, when an address high in the number of times of reading and writing is assigned to the card 7-1, data transfer is substantially speeded with simple constitution. |
