PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of bubbles in a liquid due to suction by packing flexible absorbers over the full length of a supply pipe supplying a recorder liquid to a recording head from a liquid storage tank. CONSTITUTION:Flexible absorbers 7 having an affinity to the recorder liquid are filled over the full length of a supply pipe 3 supplying the recorder liquid to the recording head 1 from the liquid storage tank 2. Thus, the force of inertia is relaxed which is generated in the supply pipe when reciprocating the head, and the leakage of the liquid from the nose of the head can be prevented. |
