Intaglio printing part, process for the production thereof, and process for the production of an engraved intaglio printing surface

An intaglio printing part has a printing surface comprising an epoxy preparation containing at most very small amounts of filler. The printing surface is preferably produced by powder coating, and the engraving of the preparation can be carried out by means of a laser. Addition of carbon black reduces the engraving threshold value. The printing part can also be produced by powder coating and laser engraving of other polymer preparations.
