<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with the storage part of a program searching signal at the time of an editorial operation by performing the control of a magnetic recording and reproducing device of a reproduction side at the time of the editorial operation so that the subsequent operation is determined successively according to the decision of the operation before the detection of a signal, by using the detection of a program searching signal, which has been recorded, and a controlling output is outputted to the magnetic recording and reproducing device of an editing and recording side. CONSTITUTION:Provided that a recording tape 6 is started to be reproduced from a reproduction start position 1, a program searching signal detecting part 7 starts to operate at the position of the signal 2. Then, because the operation, before the program searching signal detection of the program searching signal 2, is a reproduce state, a decision control part 8 makes the subsequent operation into a search state, and gives an instruction to a control part 9 to make a control signal for other apparatus into a picture recording wait state. Next, when it detects the program searching signal 3 as being in the search state, because the operation in the decision control part 8 before the detection is the search state, it makes the subsequent operation into a reproduce state, and gives the instruction to the control part 9 to make the control signal for other apparatus into a picture recording start state. In such a way, at every detection of the program searching signal, the operation decision control part 8 for the operation before the program searching signal detection decides the operation, and an editing operation is carried out by the control part 9 according to the result.</p> |
