A manually operable device for interrupting two different actuating circuits in a pulsed manner, especially for producing actuating pulses for electronic clocks, has a latching perforated disc (6). The latching perforated disc (6) can be caused to move in an axially oscillating manner by means of a latching disc (4) which is operated by hand. The latching perforated disc (6) can furthermore be driven within a rotation angle, which is bounded by two limit positions, in the rotation direction. A contact spring (12) which is supported in the perforated latching disc (6) interacts with one of two mating contact elements (13, 14) (which each belong to one of the actuating circuits) in each limit position of the perforated latching disc (6). The contact spring (12) interacts with the respectively associated mating contact element (13 or 14) in such a manner that the relevant actuating circuit is interrupted in time with the oscillating movement of the perforated latching disc (6). <IMAGE>
