PURPOSE:To perform impedance measurement of a wide frequency range unequivocally and simplify production line by forming a bridge circuit including an unknown impedance and utilizing the waveforms on a CRT derived from the prescribed point thereof. CONSTITUTION:A bridge circuit is so formed that the signal Vy dividing an AC signal Vo for measurement to a standard ratio, and the signal Vx dividing the signal Vo by a variable resistor 3 and an unknown impedance 4 are applied to a CRT5. The resistor 3 is so regulated that the long axis of the Lissajous' figure displayed on a CRT5 has 45 deg. angles to the X axis and the Y axis, and the unknown impedance 4 is calculated from the display state of the Lissajous' figure and the value of the resistor 3. |
