PURPOSE:To prevent a badness of electrical contact and fallout of leading wire, by strengthening the connection of the leading wire for an output and input with each terminal and also, using a ribbon-shaped leading wire. CONSTITUTION:In order to connect leading wires 12a-12e with terminals 3a-3c, 6a, 6b, conductive paste kneaded conductive metallic powder such as platinum, gold, silver and squeegee oil, is applied on the one end of each leading wire 12a- 12e and said wires are superposed on each terminal and moreover, each leading wire is covered by said paste on it. In order to protect said connecting part, it is desirable to cover said connecting part by an inorganic adhesive 8 moreover. Further, contact of the terminal and leading wire is made point versus face contact because of connecting these resistances and terminals of heat generating layer with each ribbon-shaped leading wire made of anticorrosive alloy and a good electrical connection is obtained. Also, fallout of leading wire is prevented effectively by covering the terminal and leading wire with the inorganic adhesive. |
