PURPOSE:To derive a variation amount against a controlled variable of a system to be controlled, and a variation amount against a disturbance, and to execute a sufficient forecast against a disturbance, too. CONSTITUTION:An approximate transfer function is derived by checking a response of a variation amount against a step variation of a target setting device 1 in a state that a disturbance 8W is constant. Subsequently, an approximate transfer function is derived by checking a response of a variation amount against a step variation of the disturbance 8W in a state that the target setting device is fixed. A variation caused by a disturbance can be contained in a forecasting value by deriving a forecasting value of a controlled variable which is influenced by a disturbance, and a forecasting value of a controlled variable of minor loop in case when a target has been varied, from an element containing only a term of proportional band of an approximate transfer function which has been derived, and a transfer function of a control system, adding the respective forecasting amounts, and inputting to a forecasting control system. |
