<p>PURPOSE:To make an electronic temperature controller easy to use, by utilizing the multifunction of a microprocessor, and also displaying various parameters whose setting can be changed, on a temperature indicator. CONSTITUTION:A PID control parameter consisting of a proportional band P, an integral time I and a differential time (d) is digitally provided by a set switch 5. A microprocessor operates and computes the PID control parameter, applying stepwise the manipulated variable at first. The PID control parameter which has been obtained in this way is displayed on a display device 4 which is usually used for displaying a temperature. An operator inputs a displayed numerical value from the set switch 5. The set switch 5 is able to save the numerical value by using that of a thumbwheel type.</p> |
