PURPOSE:To determine antigen (antibody) easily with good efficiency by chemically bonding the antibody (antigen) opposing to the antigen (antibody) which is a measuring object onto a carrier having a resin surface incorporating active amino groups thereby fixing the phase. CONSTITUTION:After polymethyl methacrylate is hydrolyzed, amino groups are incorporated in its surface by causing ethylene imine to react, or the resin incorporating amino groups into the surface in the similar manner is made by hydrolyzing an acrylonitrile-butadiene styrene copolymer, and styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer. These amino groups, glutaraldehyde and enzyme marked antibody (antigen) are caused to react, so that the antibody is bound with the carrier resin. Next, a serum or urea contg. the angigen (antibody) which is a measuring object is allowed to react with this antibody bound resin and the marked compound liberated from the marked antibody is measured by the reaction with the antigen (antibody), whereby the highly accurate measurement is made possible. |
