PURPOSE:To keep excellent design effect intended at the beginning by laminating release paper coated with a self-adhesive to a colored base so as to superpose the self-adhesive on the base and, after drying, peeling a molded film from a release sheet. CONSTITUTION:In order to constitute the casting composition cast on a release sheet of three layers, at first, an organosol of clear compounding is cast on the release sheet to be dried to form a transparent overlay A1 and, next, an organosol compounded with a metallic agent, a pearl agent or both of them is cast on the transparent overlay A1 to be dried to form a metallic pearl layers A2. Further, an organosol compounded with a colorant is cast on the metallic pearl layers A2 to be dried to form a colored base A3 and release paper separately coated with a self-adhesive A4 is laminated to the colored base so that the self-adhesive is superposed on the base and, after drying, the molded film 1 is peeled from the release sheet. |
