PURPOSE:To enable the stable burning to be performed at a city garbage incinerator having no surplus heat boiler by obtaining the heat flow quantity of exhausting gas from an exhausting port by the signals of the temperature and the flow quantity of the exhausting gas at the exhausting port of the incinerator, and controlling the amount and pressure of the vapor in a boiler. CONSTITUTION:The garbage inputted from an inputting hole 11 is burned on a plurality of fire gratings in the garbage incinerator 1. In this case, the heat flow quantity of the exhausting gas in the exhausting port 13 is obtained by a operator 2. An air flow regulating valve 5 and fire grating driving devices 61-63 are controlled by the result of the operation via a burning controller 4. The operator 2 receives the signals corresponding to the outputs of an exhausting port temperature sensor 14, an exhausting gas flow quantity sensor 15, an O2 analyzer 16 which analyzes the concentration of O2 in the exhausting gas, and the spraying quantity of water from a water sprayer 12, and obtains the heat flow quantity q of the exhausting gas based on a specified formula. The burning controller 4 generates operating signals SB and SA by using a boiler vapor pressure signal PB and a boiler vapor quantity signal GS from a simulated boiler 3, and the heat flow quantity q of the exhausting gas. |
