PURPOSE:To perform correct exposure controlling by so constituting a device that exposure control is accomplished by using both systems of a storage photometric system and a direct photometric system. CONSTITUTION:When a camera is directed to a subject, the electromotive force corresponding to a photodetected value is generated in the 1st photodiode 10, and is charged in a capacitor 24 via a switch 20, etc. whereby the photodetected value is stored. When a release button is pushed, the current generated in the photodiode 10 flows in a diode 28, and the shutter front curtain starts traveling. However, if the object is dark, the capacitor 24 is disconnected from the circuit upon ending of the traveling of the shutter front curtain, and the integration of the photodetected value is accomplished based on the photodetection of the 2nd photodiode 38 and the terminal voltage of a capacitor 32, by which the photometry is changed over to direct photometry. With such constitution, the storage photometry is carried out at the high speed shutter second time, and the direct photometry at the low speed shutter second time; therefore, the accurate exposure control is carried out. |
