PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of the efficiency of the titled material due to the accumulation of hydrogen gas by a method wherein the inner surface of a tubular body made of steel is processed with vanadate to form a corrosion-resistant layer on the inner surface. CONSTITUTION:A tubular member of steel STB35 is closed at one and thereof and the outer surface therof is processed with aluminizing process, thereafter, it is washed by nitric acid and acetone. Next, a top wall with a nozzle is welded at the other end of the tubular member, thereafter, a solution in which metavanadata ammonium is solved in ion-exchange water is poured through the nozzle and is heated to form the corrosion resistent layer on the inner part of the tubular body. Further, the ion-exchange water along or the ammonium metavanadate solution alone is sealed therein as a heat medium. |
