PURPOSE:To enable integral molding of a foam-molded product with nonwoven fabric, by preventing reliably foamed resin forming a foam-molded product from oozing out to an outer surface side of the nonwoven fabric even if the nonwoven fabric having at the most a specific quantity of basis weight is used. CONSTITUTION:A melt-curing layer 10a of a fiber making permeability to air of non-woven fabric 10 at 100cm<3>/cm<2>S or lower is formed beforehand by heat treatment on one side of nonwoven fabric 10 comprised at a quantity of basis weight of 100-300g/m<2> or lower, the non-woven fabric is united and inserted within a molding tool by facing a forming face of a fiber melt-curing layer of the non-woven fabric toward a resin casting side. A foam-molded product 11 is formed integrally with the non-woven fabric 10 by allowing the melt-curing layer of the fiber to prevent foamed resin to be filled within the molding tool from oozing out to a mold face contacting side 10b of the non-woven fabric 10. |
