PURPOSE:To obtain toner particles giving a copy legible even in the dark by adding a fluorescent or phosphorescent substance to toner particles consisting of a binder resin and a colorant. CONSTITUTION:A binder resin and a colorant are kneaded with a fluorescent or phosphorescent substance such as zinc sulfide phosphor contg. copper while stirring. The kneaded material is solidified by cooling and pulverized to obtain toner particles. By developing an electrostatic or magnetic latent image with the toner particles, a copy legible in the dark and showing a clear color tone even under white light is formed. |
