PURPOSE:To obtain pictures having high quality by using vinylidene polyfluoride as one of components of a cleaning assistant supplied to the circumferential surface of a latent image carrier of a cleaning device. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning assistant supply part 10 has a cleaning assistant 14 and a leaf spring which holes and presses it against the circumferential surface of a photoreceptor 1. The cleaning assistant 14 containing vinylidene polyfluoride is formed in a black shape and nearly as wise as the width of the circumferential surface of the photoreceptor; and it is pressed against the circumferential surface of the photoreceptor lengthwise while the lengthwise direction is in parallel to the axial direction of the photoreceptor 1, and it is supplied uniformly to the circumferential surface of the photoreceptor through the rotation of the photoreceptor 1. |
