PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a scanner while eliminating the curvature of a scanning light plane, by arranging a light source, a scanning mirror and an off-axis parabolic mirror in the same plane. CONSTITUTION:A laser light source 13, a scanning mirror 12a, and a concave mirror 11a composed of nearly the half of a rotary parabolic mirror 11 are disposed on the same plane. A laser beam l1 is reflected by the scanning mirror 12a and its reflected light l2 is further reflected by the concave mirror 11a to obtain a scanning light l3. Then, the extent (epsilon) of the curvature of a scanning plane 14 is zero and the device is reduced in size. |
