PURPOSE:To increase the speed of transfer and fixation on copying paper by increasing the area of contact with a transfer material by providing an auxiliary roller to an intermediate transfer belt belted across the press-compressing roller of a transfer-part and that of a fixation-part. CONSTITUTION:The press-compressing roller of a constant-pressure part 5 is a heat roller, and an auxiliary roller 7 is arranged in front of the press-compressing roller of a fixation-part 5. Then, this auxiliary roller 7 increases the area of contact with an intermediate transfer belt 2 and said roller 5, and the slide between the belt 2 and roller 5 is reduced to improve heating effect. |
