PURPOSE:To add pages simply, by storing item name information which is read out by a picture reader, in a file storage device in accordance with page information and by displaying it on a displaying part to input it by the key operation. CONSTITUTION:Item groups and page information of an item sheet 1 are read by a picture reader 2 successively and are stored in a file storage device 3 under control of a data processor 5 successively. When a page key 7 of an input device 4 is operated, an item group which is contents of the pertinent page is read and is displayed on the display device of the device 4 to define an item key 8. By specifying a desired item with the defined item key 8, item information is transferred to the device 5. Thus, the constituion is simple, and the reliability is improved; and further, since item groups of the item sheet are registered by the picture reader, they are registered additionally simply. |
