摘要 PURPOSE:To accomplish a measurement free from errors by processing the output of a rotary pulse generating means for generating a pulse train with a tooth, a reflecter or the like fixed about a rotating shaft while arranged at an equi-pace. CONSTITUTION:With the rotation of a gear 1, electromagnetic pick-ups 2 and 3 output pulses each time teeth t1, t2, t3... cross the front end of the gear and the outputs A1 and A2 are inputted into a flip-flop circuit 7. With the output A' of the flip flop as a gate signal, the number of the pulses is counted with a counter 8 for the reference pulse signal B contained in the pulse width of the gate signal A'. From the resulting value, an inverse number therefor is determined with an inverse number calculator 9 and is outputted as an analog output signal C with a D/A converter 10. The output C is equivalent to an angular velocity of the rotating shaft sampled, which in turn, allows the determination of the displacement of a torsional vibration angle.
