摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a measurement precision, by a method wherein a straight pipe, a throttled pipe, a pipe, and an expansion pipe are appropriately positioned in a line in which solid particles, such as powdery substances, are carried out on an air current, and the solid particles are collected at the central part of the line for the acceleration. CONSTITUTION:A straight pipe, a throttled pipe, a throat pipe having a uniform section, and an expansion pipe, and a straight pipe are connected in order from the upstream to a line in which solid particles, such as powdery substances, particles, are carried on an air current, and a flow rate is measured with a target flow meter located at said expansion pipe part or in the rear thereof. For example, the straight pipe 11, the throttled pipe 12, the throat pipe 13, the expansion pipe 14, and the straight pipe 15 are connected in a serial state as shown in a drawing, and this enables the correction of an uneven distribution due to difference in sizes and weight of the particles, and enables the collection of the particles into the center for the acceleration. Thus, a device is designated such that a discharge is found from a pressure to a target 16 mounted at the expansion pipe 14, and from a difference in pressure between differential pressure outlets 19a and 19b, and this permits the precise measurement.
