PURPOSE:To reliably float a base plate during the refeed of compressed air to bring an upper plate into a vibration isolating state, by a method wherein, when the feed of compressed air is disconnected, an orifice plate assembly is separated from a body, and the base plate is supported in a level at which it is separated from an orifice plate. CONSTITUTION:When the feed of compressed air is cut off, an orifice plate assembly 3 is lowered to a position allowing the assembly to make contact with a ring part 41 of a bottom 8 through the force of a spring 18, an orifice plate 13 is lowered to a height H2. An upper plate 4 is also lowered, and a ring part 21 is locked to a support part 11, and the upper plate is held at a height of H1. In which case, the sizes of the body 2, the orifice assembly 3, and the upper plate 4 are determined so that H1 is DELTAh higher than H2. An upper plate part 20 is not adhered to the orifice plate 13, and a gap 38 is formed therebetween. Thereby, during the refeed of compressed air, the compressed air is reliably injected through an orifice 16, the upper plate 4 is floated from the orifice plate 13 again through an air layer, and is brought into vibration- isolating state. |
