PURPOSE:To make a plan in consideration of not only an essential target to be satisfied in the final state but also the quality in the final state with respect to a planning unit as a kind of a problem solving system. CONSTITUTION:A node management part 13 generates a node corresponding the initial state in accordance with the initial state 11 and the essential target indicated by a target set 12, and hereafter, the part 13 manages nodes corresponding to all states to the target state. A quality target management part 16 manages the quality target indicated by the target set 12. A control part 15 uses an operator set 14 to search the state that the essential target is satisfied and the degree of satisfaction of the quality target managed by the quality target management part 16 is high. Thus, a plan achieving the better final state is made in comparison with a planning unit which has no quality targets. |
